'Three sisters- quite a handful'
All the grown-ups say.
'Yes,' I reply 'Sometimes.'
'But that's on a PERFECT day!'
You see, they like to be cheeky
And play lots of practical jokes.
Like one time they stole a walking stick
From the old next-door folks.
Let me introduce them
(My sisters, yes.)
One's an animal lover, one acts like a boy
And one cannot speak yet.
They all are very naughty
Ih thier own way.
They bring chaos to the house-hold-
Especially on their birthdays.
'Four childeren- quite a handful,'
All the grown-ups say.
My mother shakes her head and laughs
'Eight handfuls on a good day!'
PARENTS
I have a dad
And a mum
Sometimes they're grumpy
Sometimes they're fun.
They get mad
When I stay up late.
And when school finishes
They're waiting outside the gate.
They make me do my
Homework on time.
Before half past seven-
When the clock chimes.
They moan and groan
About this and that.
And once in a while wear
And awful hat!
But they DO have a
Pretty flash car!
And whether they're grumpy or moany
I love them the way they are!
THE BEST AUNTIE IN THE WORLD
Yes, she may be lazy
And she needs to cut her hair!
And she can sleep for blooming AGES
And sometimes she can swear….
And she can wear some embarrassing things sometimes,
I will not deny that!
Like that really puffy dress thing
Or the black beanie hat.
And her flatmate is a terror,
Once he bit my hand!
So I hid his football
He couldn’t find it, ha ha!
But…. She laughs at all my jokes
And she takes me Alton Towers
Even though the drive there
Is hours and hours!
And she lets me stay up late
And doesn’t tell mum
And takes me to McDonalds for breakfast…
We always have fun!
I love her lots,
She loves me too,
There’s only one auntie
That will do.
There are lots of other things
To say about her,
Because she may be all the things above but
She’s the best auntie in the world!
