Here are some other poems that are long, short, sad, funny... random poems!

ELLE THE RUDE MONSTER!
Elle is a monster,
Hiding in a cave.
Keeping Iona
As her slave.
Elle orders her
To get some food.
Iona replies:
”If you stop being rude”.
Elle was cross
And hungry, VERY
She ordered Iona,
To pick her a berry.
Iona shook her head,
“If you want some food,
Say please Iona,
And stop being rude!”
Elle was hungry,
But she gave in,
She paid Iona
A million quid!
However, Iona shook her head.
I’d rather you say please
And thank-you instead!”
Elle moaned and pleaded,
She cried and she begged.
She screamed; “I WANT LUNCH!”
Until she was red.
But Iona was determined,
To not give up.
She helped Elle upright,
And gave her a hug.
“Oh fine” Sobbed Elle.
“I give in!”
“Please may I have
Some ketchup on chips?”
Iona smiled.
“That’s MUCH better!”
She got Elle some chips,
Escaped that night,
But left Elle a letter.
In the morning,
When Elle woke up,
She found the letter,
With a rubber duck.
And from that day,
And on and on,
Elle was polite…
But not for long!

THE ILLUSION
Every night it happens.
Every night it does and will.
A castle appears in the forest.
It happens at midnight still.
A princess with eyes
As blue as the sea
And hair as golden
As hair can be.
Sits at a window
Of an old castle ruin.
Knights try each night to reach her-
But they never win.
Until one night,
A new knight came.
In shiny new amour,
Diamonds on his horses reigns.
He took off his helmet
And placed it on the grass.
Came over to the castle,
Stepping over broken glass.
The princess looked down at him.
With a longing look.
He knocked on the door,
With the wooden door-hook.
He opened the door
And made his way in,
Blood was smeared on the wall:
”You have a bad sin”.
But the knight carried on,
Through endless dark,
Till he reached the princess’s chamber,
At long last.
He opened the door,
After turning the key,
And made his way in
Very carefully.
And suddenly he was in
The chamber no more,
He was in a different room-
And locked was the door.
See midnight was over,
And the castle, the people, the princess was gone.
See it was an illusion
All along.

HAPPY HAPPY!
Happy happy
Bunny wunny,
Sitting in the hutch.
Happy happy
Bunny wunny,
Eating up his lunch!
Happy happy
Bunny wunny,
Munch munch munch,
Happy happy
Bunny wunny,
Crunch crunch crunch!

NOTHING NOWHERE!
There was a little gnome,
With a crooked hat,
Who alone all day,
Alone he sat.
He lived in nowhere
Nothing if you prefer,
He lived in nothing,
And called himself Sir.
Until one morning
When the sun rose up.
He decided and was determined,
To clean his nothing up!
He mowed the lawn,
And clipped the hedge.
He put some flowers
In a flower bed.
He weeded the weeds,
And tided the bush.
He painted the fountain,
At a push.
And then he suddenly knew it.
He no longer lived where he did.
He no longer lived in nothing,
But he lived in nowhere instead!
